The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, vide Notification No. 02/2023 – Union territory Tax dated May 25, 2023 has issued amendments in its earlier Notification No. 14/2018-Union territory Tax dated October 8, 2018, which notified the constitution of the Authority for Advance Ruling and specified its members in the Union territories, so as to notify the name and designation of the Members for Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu AAR, in a following manner:
