Background:
Earlier, the CBIC vide Notification No. 77/2021- Customs (ADD) dated December 27, 2021 (“N/N 77”) imposed an Anti-Dumping Duty on the imports of Décor Paper, originating in, or exported from the People’s Republic of China and imported into India.
Notification:
Now, the CBIC vide Notification No. 15/2022- Customs (ADD) dated May 24, 2022 has issued amendment in N/N 77, in order to substitute the Anti-Dumping Duty and the entries relating to Décor Paper, originating in, or exported from the People’s Republic of China and imported into India, in following manner:
