The CBIC vide Notification No. 16/2022-Customs (ADD) dated May 24, 2022 has imposed the levy Anti-Dumping Duty (“ADD”) on import of ‘Ceramic Tableware and Kitchenware, excluding knives and toilet items’ falling under headings of the First Schedule to the said Customs Tariff Act, 1962, when originating in or exported from the People‘s Republic of China, for a period of 5 years, in a following manner:
