Validity period of Duty Credit Scrips has been increased from 18 months to 24 months

The Director General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice no. 33/2015-2020 dated October 23, 2017 has increased the validity period of Duty Credit Scrips (“scrips”), issued under chapter 3 of Foreign Trade Policy, to 24 months from earlier 18 months.

Though, 24 months validity period will be applicable only on scrips issued on or after January 1, 2016.
